ARQ’s beautiful fitness center is defined by thoughtful design, modern architecture, and abundant natural light. Floor-to-ceiling windows wrap the space, bringing the outdoors in and opening up wide views across the surrounding city. The cardio area features a full lineup of premium-quality treadmills, ellipticals, and bikes, many positioned along the windows so workouts stay connected to open skyline views. The gym's strength side is fully equipped with selectorized machines, free weights, benches, cable systems, and functional training zones, all arranged with generous circulation space between stations.

Mirrored walls and layered lighting keep the room practical and clear. Nearby, a dedicated locker and transition area makes it easy to move between workouts and the rest of the building.

ARQ also offers spin and yoga studios, as well as Junior Olympic-sized swimming pool and a rooftop spa terrace, giving residents more ways to vary their routine and take advantage of the building’s indoor–outdoor design.
