The 31st Floor Rooftop Sky Lounge

31 Floors Above Los Angeles
At the very top of ARQ, the Sky Lounge & Bar is part living room, part listening lounge, part panoramic lookout over Los Angeles. It sits at the crown of the tallest residential tower in the Culver City and West Adams area, and the rooftop perspective from here is unlike anything else nearby.
Floor-to-ceiling windows wrap the lounge and rise up into generous ceiling heights, making the entire space expansive during the day and dramatic at night. From up here, the city stretches in every direction. On clear days, you can see from Downtown Los Angeles all the way to the Pacific, with layers of neighborhoods, hills, and city lights unfolding below. Comfy lounge chairs and soft, velvety sofas are arranged in clusters all around the space. Many chairs are positioned directly in front of the glass, turning the view itself into the focal point.
At the heart of the lounge is a striking architectural centerpiece: a sculptural, rounded column wrapped around a double-sided fireplace. It anchors the room visually and creates a warm, fireside ambiance that the seating areas naturally gather around.
A private dining area offers a scenic setting for hosted dinners and small gatherings, while a pool table invites casual games and conversation. Glass doors open directly onto the rooftop terrace, creating a indoor-outdoor connection to the city.
One of the most distinctive features is the DJ and listening area. A curated display of LPs lines the shelves alongside a collection of hardcover books about music. You’ll spot iconic albums from artists like Stevie Wonder, Talking Heads, Etta James, Otis Redding, Marvin Gaye, and more. The setup is paired with a stellar sound system designed for both casual listening and hosted events.
From the Sky Lounge, the skyline isn't just sonething you look at: it's part of how the space is lived in.
